Refund policy

Because your beauty and safety come first, we follow a strict hygiene policy to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, clean, and untouched.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, we will gladly replace or refund products in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was incomplete

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

 

Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

 

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
